So dishonest! They told me I needed two control arms replaced, but that I should really just replace all of them at once if I wanted an alignment to stick. At $1300, I got a second opinion. Thank goodness I did, all of my control arms were fine and the squeak I originally went in for went away with new front brakes. Will never go back.

I’ve worked and been a customer for years and when I needed to get a flat checked they wanted to charge me $16 when any other hillside location does it for free. Not the place to go if you want to go if your car needs to get serviced, they’ve lost a great loyal customer. I went to Walmart next door and got it done for free. You would think being a competitive tire service that they would treat you better.

I was told to come here to here by Michelin tire company to get my tires looked at under warranty. The manager here was the one who helped me and he had a bad attitude and said “why are you here?” He didn’t seem interested in helping me at all. I bet it looked great to the Michelin person I had on the phone with me. I wouldn’t want to be partnered with such a business if I were Michelin, but to each their own. Needless to say I ended up going to a different Michelin dealers store to get helped. If this shop doesn’t want to help their customers even when they have their tire partners backing up the warranty repair... then that reflects poorly on this business! I refuse to go to any of the Hillside tires after this experience, I had friends that came here in the past and they referred me here, and since the Michelin warranty advisor sent me here I had hopes they would be a reasonable shop and company. Not so, don’t bring your car here even if it is just for tires.

Matt and his crew have have always treated me fairly and honestly. I highly recommend the West Valley Hillside Tire.
