Spacious and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the breakfast was great. They also have a well stocked snack bar for all your late night cravings, a very nice touch. While the hotel is near the airport I never heard a single jet. I will not hesitate to stay here again when I'm in the Asheville area.

Had a short stay to catch a flight early the next morning but was very happy with the experience. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was very good as well.

Hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean and we'll appointed. Hot breakfast in the morning was a surprise and had a good variety. The shuttle was able to take us to, and pick us up from, a variety of places we needed to go. That saved us time and money!

So I was able to check in early from my Marriott app and just needed to pickup the key my room. I get to the room and it had never been cleaned by the maid. The blankets were stacked on the bed, all the trash cans were full, hair in the tub and used soap on the sink (see attached photos).  Complained and they said the hotel was booked and we would have to wait for the room to be cleaned.  I kept complaining until they gave me a room reserved for flight attendants and they would clean it before the airport closed.  Got the new room and all was well until the next morning when I had to take a cold shower due to the hot water not working. Again complained, they "fixed" it.  Worked that night, again the next morning no hot water. We won't be back.

Conveniently located right access the street from the airport. Easy access to Walmart and the usual fast food fare, right off the interstate, clean rooms, indoor spa and pool, laundry, and 24/7 fitness center. A comfortable and worthwhile stay for sure!
