Room smelled. Non-smoking yet you could smell smoke from other rooms. We stayed 5 days and sheets were not changed. People I don't believe were guests but workers living at hotel had very large dogs, sometimes not on a leash. Pets stay free was the only good thing here.

Horrible! No coffee maker in room no coffee in lobby no breakfast in am had to go get stuff at Kroger to make it through! No hairdryer no shampoo nothing that goes in room but towels. I brought my own towels etc this is horrible front desk man did not care!! Left at 1 am very loud witnessed large drug deal very loud tried to call front desk not answer! Left at 1 am boo e said anything as we were leaving with our puppy. No coffee no maker in room horrible! Do not stay here front desk said very safe no no no it is not we filed police report said horrible! Bed was ok bathroom clean a x unit filthy could not use it. Desk will not answer when u call.

I wasn't given my military discount despite the advertisement on the walls. Booked 2 rooms and was charged individually for each room therefore I was overcharged for the rate that was posted. We were there for a funeral and our funds were limited. There was not enough towels went to front desk and was told that they did not have any. I had to ask for the wifi information and the signal was so weak, that it kept dropping. The hot water was lukewarm at best and the water pressure was very weak. Toilet paper dispenser was broken, everytime you pull a sheet the whole roll would fall. The tub was filthy. The property was awful...grass hadn't been cut what appeared to be about 3 weeks, and the bushes, shrubbery hadn't been trimmed in ages either. Swimming pool (not that we wanted to get in during a 88 degrees weather with heat index well over 95 degrees) had a sign that said it was not open. Parking lot was atrocious. The pictures that was posted on their website was not what we were greeted with. I was not a happy camper during this visit. I would have given this establishment a zero but that wasn't an option.

Wow, they leave the lights on for a reason and Its not so guests can find them. Motel 6 north Mississippi outside Memphis avoid! Run down dive. Walls crumbling, beds don't ask, not clean, faucet dirty ....I am sure my car will be broken into as I write this.....scary. outside looks nice...inside is your worst nightmare.

I have to say that of the many times we have stayed at motel 6 across the USA this was the worst we have experienced. We stated in room 114 on 1-20-18 and the shower was so yucky we did not want to use it. The dirt I wiped off around the top of the vanity made it clear that this motel does not have it's priorities in place. There was no hair dryer in the room and when I inquired at the front desk to borrow one the response was they do not offer that to their guests which was fine because it was after that and seeing the filth in the shower I decided to travel home without a shower that morning. The mattresses were uncomfortable and the whole place needs updating and cleaning. We will not be staying at this motel again while visiting in South Haven.
