We were very happy with our stay here!! Rooms were clean & very nice. First ever trip with our dog, and we were surprised that the hotel was as nice as it was, being that it is pet friendly. All staff members were super nice, friendly and very helpful with any needs or questions that we had. Also great location.

Two weeks ago, I stayed with this particular hotel. I reserved two rooms for my family and I. The hotel was nice and clean. My issue was that upon leaving one of my rooms, we were locked out for over an hour. The guy at the front desk was new but he tried his best to get us back into the room. The manager was not on duty nor was the manager on duty when I checked out. According to another guy at the front desk upon checking out, he could not reach the manager that I wanted to speak with. I asked for a discount to compensate the fact of my family not being able to get into our room and the discount the guy offered was so small, I asked if he would compensate both rooms because of how small of a discount he offered. Not only was being locked out an inconvenience, it's a fire hazard. The people at the front desk that morning we not friendly either. This hotel also assumed I had a party which is against the rules due to the fact of the plates and table cloth I had for my children. I was even told that I had a birthday cake that I did not have. I did not have a party but they still tried to charge me the security deposit on both rooms. I can understand if they charged for one room because of a spill my kids made but it wasn't a serious spill and you can wash towels anyway because that's what they are supposed to do. Upon calling the hotel about the deposits, the guy the answered the phone would not accept the fact that I did not have a party and insisted that there was smoking in my rooms. There was no smoking in my room. My guest went back & fourth outside to smoke. Also upon checking out, another guest knew exactly which area I was in when I said that we were locked out because the same thing happened to her.

The rooms are clean and they have an indoor pool with grills, which I think is pretty cool. Also, they have board games. However, after this 3rd visit, my husband & I will not return. There was a so called issue with his employee benefits rate, claiming that he could only use his discount 30 miles from his address. They cancelled our booking the night before, without contacting us to inform us that there was an issue and we had no idea until we arrived. We were still able to enjoy our stay at the discounted rate, but the unprofessional energy was a turn-off. We booked rooms here with his discount twice before, so it was inconvenient to make it an issue on the 3rd stay. If it is really a company policy/rule, it should've been enforced when he booked the very first time not because you (mgmt) felt like doing so.

Have stayed there before, and will stay again. The room they put me in wasn't done being cleaned when I got there, so they very quickly put me in another room. The guy at the counter was very upset by it and even called once I got to the room to check once again if the room was ok. Very nice people.

Good quality but was disappointed by the stay. Very noisy didn't sleep the whole entire stay . Very disappointed....
