Pretty delicious. got the western H. Highly recommend. Great fries too. Weird though, they were stacking chair on tables around us at 8 when it closes at 10.

The kid charged me wrong. After trying to correct him and having him look confused and tell me the same price I just let it go. Definitely could use extra training. To go orders are hit or miss, sometimes they are ready, sometimes they take 15+ mins.

Miles the manager went above and beyond.  I ordered through uber eats and somehow I got a partial order. I called the restaurant directly and told him what had happened. He said that he would take care of it. He retook my order and personally delivered it to my house. And completely refunded the entire check. Thank you for showing me that there is still customer service out there.

First time we went to this location it was busy and they had an older lady that seemed stressed because it was busy and she was by herself and you could tell she was trying hard but the service could of been better. I wasn’t very impressed with the food.  

We went to this location today for a birthday dinner and ordered kids meals with drinks and the adults ordered root beers and a float and the root beer was flat with little flavor. We were told that they had to her permission from the manager to change out the Oder which weird. We got new ones but it was the same. Needless to say we had the same waitress as last time and she never came to check on us. We weren’t asked if we needed refills for the kids drinks or even are waters.  One of my daughters hamburgers was disgusting.  We told the waitress it was a birthday and she didn’t seem to care.  We will never go back to a big hires again.
