My husband and I LOVE this place. We live close by, and when we realized there was a hot dog place, we knew we had to try it. Many of the ingredients are flown in from Chicago, so you now they're authentic. You'll be hard pressed to find another hot dog in the area that matches both flavor and price. The fries are nothing to scoff at either, and they definitely load you up so you get your money's worth. My husband and I are slowly making our way through the menu, trying one dog at a time. So far, we haven't found a single one that wouldn't be worth getting a second time. The owner is friendly, the staff is fast and the place is clean. Definitely worth visiting it you're in the mood for something delicious. The only draw back is that if you come during lunch, be prepared to wait a few minutes because everyone else has had that same awesome idea that you have!

I'm incredibly lucky to be able to work nearby. Johnnie's is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat. The atmosphere is very traditional, like a local place you'd find in Chicago. The food always taste great. The prices are higher than you would expect when you hear "hotdog place," but the ingredients used are worth it. The owner is a great guy who remembers names and orders of regulars.

As long as this place exists I will be a regular. Food is fantastic and Jonny is as good as they come. Great guy great restaurant.

Great all beef dogs. Wide variety, I try a different one each time. Excellent service too.

You want a hamburger? No! You want a glorious Chicago Dog! Dogs flown in from Chicago, and cooked to order, no warming lamps here. My personal favorite the Grill It Dog. This is freaking delicious. Fin.
