Hixson Transmission and Total Car Care is my go-to mechanic any time my wife or I are needing car care.  They understand the importance of taking care of their customer and even offer free pickup and delivery.  Jennifer Heinzel in particular is amazing to work with.  She has a passion for helping people and brings an incredible amount of expertise to her work.

Best experience with customer service in a long time. Went in because of an odd size oil filter on my truck that I was changing the oil in.  Hixson had changed my oil last time because I had to leave town on short notice.  Explained that the filter was smaller in diameter than in the past. They were quick to loan me their smaller tool to take home and get my filter off.  Special curls to Jennifer for going the extra mile to solve a problem even though I was not paying for services this time. I offered to rent the tool they insisted I just bring it back as quickly as possible.
Appreciate the attitudes and a business that knows how to make a person want to use them.

Awesome place and very great customer care. I brought my car by and the owner told me it would take 3 to 5 hours for it to get done and offered me a ride home and the price was very affordable. I will most definitely recommend anyone to check them out.

The people here are the best ever. They take care of you and take their time explaining what needs to be done. I’ve been here twice and both times it’s been the same. Thank you Hixson Transmission!

Brought my car in and they checked out the problem, gave me an estimate, and the cost was not more than the estimate.  In fact, the cost for the repairs was $500 less than an estimate from another repair place.  Great customer service!
