Family-owned business and they run it well. I try to support local people as much as possible. These folks don't upcharge women which I greatly appreciate! The facility is nice and clean as well. Whenever I have questions they explain it so that I understand and if I need to see what they're talking about, they have no qualms about taking me into the shop to explain it to me. These folks are great!

Premier Tire and Auto Repair in Ooltewah is an all around great place to purchase tires and/or have your automobile repaired. Top notch sales personnel and auto mechanics. Highly recommend for all your auto needs.

These folks are great to work with. They do a good job, very customer service oriented and reasonably priced. I use them for all our car care needs and would recommend them to anyone in the area!

Friendly and professional.  I can count on them for an honest assessment on tire and auto repair concerns, and their waiting area is clean, bright, and comfortable.  Televisions help to pass the time.  I highly recommend this business.

I've purchased 3 sets of tires from Premier over the years and I can't say enough about how focused they are on making certain the customer experience is well above average. In today's customer climate, where it appears this is a lost art, the entire staff at Premier is determined to make sure they provide honesty with a fair price and fast, efficient service.
I highly recommend them for any of the automotive services they can provide, not just tires, and can't imagine anyone leaving this establishment without wanting to do the same.
