Went there for an oil change and to have my wipers replaced.  They were right on time with my appointment, the work was done quickly, and the price was fantastic!  Their building is clean (even the restrooms). They have vending if you will be there for a while.   I would feel comfortable dealing with them when not with my spouse, as they are very professional.

These folks know that you do business with people, and that’s exactly what they’re in the business of doing - taking care of people. We are always treated like family at Matlock. Price, quality, and service is what you’ll get there. I am proud to have made good friends at Matlock, and I won’t be going anywhere else for auto service.

Tried to deal with Matlock on a Michelin tire warranty claim. Didn't buy the tires at Matlock. Michelin customer service told me any Michelin tire dealer could help. At Matlock one guy behind the counter listened when I explained that my 60000 mile warrantied tires were worn out after 34000 miles. They drove my car around back for 15 minutes and then brought it back, blowing me off and saying it would be best if I took it to the dealer. Had to go to C&D tire where they contacted Michelin and I was given a 43% discount on new tires, meaning Michelin reimburses the tire dealer for the pro rated tire warranty claim. Michelin gives the tire dealer a reference number then the tire dealer bills directly back to Michelin.  I felt like Matlock knew exactly how this works, they are a Michelin dealer, but didn't want to deal with the extra billing hassle of getting part of the money from me and part from Michelin. They got one star because instead of just saying they didn't want to honor the pro rated Michelin warranty, they acted like they would check it out, wasted my time, then sent me off without even a quote or anything.

I needed new tires for my Prius and visited Matlock because I had earlier had a flat repaired there.  The service was wonderful; the staff super friendly; and the price fair.  I wasn't pressured to buy something I didn't need and they answered my numerous questions politely and patiently.  I will definitely be back.

I was told they would not warranty "out of round" tires with 6k on them. Even bought the road hazard warranty. 3 of 4 tires are square ! Being a master auto tech for 37 ; This person was totally insulting my intelligence. He literally whined for 5 minutes feeding me b.s. I asked if they had a "tire run-out gage" and after a moment of silence he said no! 90 percent of the brands they sell, are known by people in the auto service  business to have  "out of round" issues and quality control problems.  They are not competitive on name brand tires. They will take your money but if you have a problem then they are going to run you off. Go to C&D Tire or Fishers.
