It's hard to find an Auto shop that you can trust but I found one! First Choice in Farragut is an example of how a business should treat their customers. It was quick, affordable, and they even texted me the progress of my repair. I highly recommend asking for Greg! He seems very passionate about taking care of his customers and really went above and beyond to help me!"

This past week I took my Jaguar to first choice automotive for their special oil change alignment and radiator flush. Had an excellent experience. The staff was friendly and professional. Definitely recommend this place.

Two weeks ago, I brought in my Subaru, which was in need of extensive repairs. Their work was excellent, the prices were fair, and the car now drives like a dream. They were courteous and very clear in explaining the problems. Today, I brought in our Kia, which needed a tire repair. They determined the problem quickly and didn't even charge me for the repair. Earlier in the month, the Kia had a serious repair, and they brought to my attention that the car was still under warranty, saving me thousands. There is no substitute for honesty in this business, and First Choice will always be my first choice when I am in need of car repairs. Best mechanics I've ever had! Can't recommend them highly enough!

Great staff friendly knowledgeable and fast repair had no issue with my dog at all if needed I will use them always gonna be my first choise in that area
