The location is minutes from airport, very convenient. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, modern and clean. The hot breakfast is a plus. They have complimentary coffee, tea, water 24-7. Delicious warm cookies in the afternoon. The only down side is that they charge $9 a night for parking, even for overnight guests.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... 5 stars for exceeding expectations for a 3star hotel. Newly remodeled. Very friendly staff. Right next to Oakland Airport. Breakfast included but it's that typical buffet style offering.

Had a very pleasant overnight stay. Beds were very comfortable. Staff always friendly and helpful. Spacious room with modern interior ambiance. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel I rated if lower because they put a smoke detector in the rooms and our room the steam from the shower would set off the smoke alarm if you opened the bathroom door.

For the 3 days we were there, remodeling work in progress. One elevator out of order. Ice machine 2nd floor out of order. Saturday night someone hosted a party across the hall. Lots of loud hallway talk, shouting in the parking lot below and lots of door slamming. Ugh. The hotel refunded a portion of our room cost when we complained. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The remodeled room we had was nice, clean and comfortable.
