Hey this is an awesome place to stay and leave your car when you are flying out of Oakland!. The prices are nearly the lowest, the rooms are very clean, the staff is very accommodating, and we felt very safe and secure the whole time that we were there. There was a nice garden and pool area to walk around in, a banquet room if you wanted to have a big party, and locking gates to secure you and your vehicle. A great family atmosphere.

Sketchy location, security is lacking, the room decor is dated. The only thing saving this place is it's proximity to the Oakland Airport.

This place is in Oakland which means it's not in the best of areas. There was a barbed wire fence around the parking lot if that gives you any idea how sketchy of an area this motel is in. Other than that, the rooms could use some help. Fresh carpet, better shower (ours was a walk in with a door that didn't close all the way so there was no way to shower without leaving a huge puddle on the floor), updated light fixtures, etc.

WiFi wasn’t working after the Berkley earth quake and called later to the front desk and they just said that theirs was working fine at the front desk and they r not having any issue but didn’t even bother to check into the rooms Wifi. Floor could use some sweeping and the king size bed only had 3 pillows but for a one night stay it is good enough. I did have some little visitors (ants) when I came back in the evening.

This sleep park & fly motel is within 10 minutes of the Oakland Airport. The room was not clean. I'm not sure if the bed sheets had been changed from the previous occupant. The peep hole on the front door had been removed and had a piece of paper stuck in its place. I saw a cockroach scurry under the sofa in the morning before check out. At that morning's continental breakfast we had to compete with several hungry construction workers who were staying at the motel & were on their way to work. We'll be taking a taxi to the airport from now on; no more sleep park & fly motels for us.
