We were here for 3 days and stayed in room 152. There was no WiFi signal inside the room. Who does that? Complained multiple times and they were nice about it and did nothing. Nada. How is a person supposed to work? Morning breakfast was buffet but they ran out of coffee every day and there was no Oatmeal to speak of when ever we walked in. All 3 times there was no oatmeal and coffee. Rooms are clean and nice- well appointed but there are no elevators and it has 3 floors. Which hotel has no elevators when you have to climb with bags? I would not stay here or spend money on this place. There are lots of options in Oakland so please find something else.

Great, great, and great... Very big suites, two tv's, and lots of extras. The best part yet is you can ask for a late check out and leave at about two. Sometimes you need that extra couple of hours. Excellent place. I recommend this place.

Busy reception as there was a Pink concert the night before. Still managed to give a room 2 hours prior to actual booking time. Room clean and well appointed. Full size bath and shower. Large quality TV. Starbucks coffee in the lobby. Parking supplies in this fenced property

The roomed look amazing and all the amenities were great there is even spa robe and slippers. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The only downside was that I was next to a room of with children who were a little loud. This was only inconvenience during the afternoon because the hotel provided earplugs.

This hotel is very nice clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay the staff was very nice check-in was very fast and simple.. if you are staying in the Oakland area I highly recommend!
