No kettle or coffee in room, hence no chance for my parents to have a hot cuppa in their room despite the cold weather. My own room (217) had a bashed up adjoining you might want to replace. Floor should be vacuumed more properly. I typically take my shoes off in-room so I know the floor felt very sandy and had to put my shoes back on. The bed was comfortable though.

WRONG PICTURE----- NO POOL! There's a parking lot where that pool is supposed to be. I've tried no stars but it wouldn't let me proceed with a post. Here's the low-down ( no pun intended) I've posted 4 pictures from inside the room. One shows the sliver of soap provided!! Bring your own everything, including, shampoo, hair dryer etc. Expect nothing here but a bed, a toilet, a sink, a tub and a TV + a heater/AC, which is picture#2 the bed is up against the heater.. 3rd picture is the saran wrapped smoke detector. # 4 is the cigarette burns all over the tub in this supposed NON-SMOKING ROOM!. The front desk is as cold a reception as I've ever received and I've traveled all over! I was provided a room as high up and as far away from the elevator as one could get and I carry a handicap parking placard. I kept asking for something lower or closer to the elevator, they just don't give a rat's ass about your requirements. If you wish to have a bath go someplace else, their drain system doesn't work, no way to stop water from draining unless you bring your own stopper. So I had to continue to run the hot water to keep the tub full and this is in water starving California. Pennywise and pound foolish they're paying for water and heating it! They have remodeled this place but you can put lipstick on a pig and it's still a pig. Bottom line in my opinion pay a little more go somewhere else, if you come here then be prepared to bring everything because as I've said there's NOTHING HERE!

staff: very good costumer services. the room on first floor had an extra door which connect to next room, it has a lock but it is creepy, you can hear all noise of next room. unfortunately next door had a TV on all night long, I call front desk, they call room but nobody answered so TV was loud all night long, they should be careful with people like that. and please people remember that motel are for resting.

The only reason I can't give this 5 stars is because of the area this Motel 6 is located. It is not in a good part of town but the workers did a great job. I love how you guys allow pets without issue. The mounted TV with the hook ups are great. There was hot water for the shower. The security guard on site was great having since the neighborhood did not feel safe.

staff was great, rooms can use some updating...no fridge. I would rethink the laminate in the bathroom! Security was great too. A/C worked well...just a little more TLC in the rooms.
