My experience at this hotel was very pleasant. My room was comfortable and everything worked properly. Nice beds with clean, all white, linens. Courteous drivers provide rare 24hr shuttle service to airport and surrounding destinations. I will be a repeat guest.

Forced to stay another night in Baltimore due to a cancelled flight. United put us up in this hotel. Only a ten minute drive from the airport. Shuttle drivers were awesome! It runs 24/7 and they will take you within a 5 mile radius which resulted in going to a casino. They allowed us a late check-out which was great!

Service is good. Breakfast is consistent. I was put in by my work, so I'm not complaining, I just wish I had a kitchen area with dishes.

The coffee maker at the room was full of dust inside, never been cleaned or left unused or maintained for a while. The front desk persons have very impolite bidy language and very unwelcoming. I asked one of them where is the breakfast area, without even looking at me or say any thing pointed his finger to where it ia while his face was on another direction.

Did not enjoy my stay here. The hotel put me in an accessible room even though I didn't need to be so when I took a shower water was everywhere. The room was very well worn and I didn't find the staff very friendly. I love Holiday Inn Express when I travel but I haven't been as impressed with the hotels I have stayed at on the East Coast for some reason.
