The shuttle driver was extremely rude. He dropped us off on one side of the building and when we called for pickup he threatened to leave me and my 63 year old mother because he was on the opposite side of the building. We had stayed before and used the shuttle service, only being dropped off or picked up in the first location. When I tried to apologize for any confusion and explain the misunderstanding, he not so politely explained that airport customers had priority and we were wasting his time. However the restaurant is delicious!

Not Worth The Money When I walked in the room I thought to myself when will roaches come out or is it bedbugs (I'm still not sure). My husband reserved an executive king room which we thought would be nice. The room was awful cracks were between the wall and the ceiling. Stains were on the curtains, lamps and bed. The lobby looked wonderful updated with beautiful furniture BUT the ROOMS Lord they should have updated their rooms. I asked what made this an executive room the young man stated that it's on the top floor and it has a recliner (there's no recliner). I'm so grateful this it's only two nights and I can promise my husband and I will NOT stay here again. Plus the bar and grill was (is) closed...ugh they need something it sucks here. But I guess it's about spending time with family. Don't waste your money find somewhere else to stay!!!! I see the owner doesn't respond to the negative comments which he/she should maybe they can shed light on everything.

This is a basic hotel. Are there clean sheets, free WiFi, cable channels on the TV, and all the other basic amenities? Yes. Is it beautiful and luxurious? Not by a long shot. It's priced accordingly; I payed less than 90 a night- and I think the price matched the service perfectly. The most important part to me- the staff were very nice, which you definitely can't take for granted. Side note- toothbrush and toothpaste are available from the front desk- for a fee.

We just needed a hotel for a few nights to attend a wedding. check-in was easy. but the hotel itself needs much work! pros: easy to find cheap cons: -none of the channels worked to help us keep our children entertained while there. -beds were terribly uncomfortable -AC was possessed and worked when it felt like it. -the hotel just smelled of cigarettes. -bathroom faucet was broken and spewed water when you turned it on. -no hot water.. just warm. -breakfast was a joke; disgusting coffee, carbs galore with no protein (unless you count the sugar ridden yogurt), waffles made in advance and put in a steamer to keep warm but only made them like rubber, and white bread everywhere. not even PB packets! -Close to bwi so you can hear planes all hours. -rooms terribly outdated. -"fitness center" had a treadmill and little equipment. -stained, gross carpets. -restaurant/bar is limited in menu (onion rings, fries, burger)... wait staff was very nice. Staff wasn't much help when asked yo look at the tv and A.C.. basically said we could switch rooms but they're all like that. spend the extra $10 a night and go elsewhere. Unless you're just in need of a bed for a night. Bring some of your own food.

Hotel staff were wonderful and friendly, especially Karen. All employees were accommodating. Bed was comfortable. Clean rooms as well. The restaurant on site is closed and upon arrival we were offered free shuttle to other local restaurants if hungry.
