Is this a four star hotel? No, but I'm giving it four stars because I really enjoyed my stay. I'm not sure if this is a all-suites hotel, but my room/suite was spacious, clean, and had an almost full kitchen. The only thing missing was an oven. The bed was comfy, and the free hot breakfast buffet was good. The bathroom sink and large, well-lit mirror were separate from the tub/shower and toilet. I also loved that it's basically located in the Arundel Mills mall parking lot. The customer service was good, and I'll definitely stay there again.

Rooms were standard for a Residence Inn. Bed, seating, and kitchenette. Lobby had great dinner social food and breakfasts. Nice and close to the mall and casino.

We come to Baltimore several times a year. This is our first time at this hotel. It's very clean and the staff is welcoming and friendly. We will defiantly stay here again.
