The hotel was nice, modern, in no need of any remodeling. The hotel room was exactly what was advertised. The four star is because the tile in the bathroom became very slick when wet, such as stepping out of the shower. The pool was salt water instead of chlorine which was a nice change from what I was expecting.

Bed is not the most comfortable but not bad. Room is well furnished, continental breakfast is good, staff are friendly, and shuttle to the mall/casino is convenient. Nice location for work travel.

Typical airport hotel. Room was clean. I appreciated that there were lots of electrical outlets, including on both sides of the bed. I would have liked a firmer mattress. Airport shuttle was effortless. We booked through Trinity Reservations and received 14 days of parking included. I would stay here again.

Enjoyed a family vacation last weekend at this place. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious and impressive. Loved the scent that was present in the hallways. Must say the continental breakfast was great, plenty to choose from especially hot items. Delish!

The hotel stay itself was very good. The decor and lobby area was very modern and comfortable. They had a nice fresh citrus I fused water cooler for you when you arrive. I always enjoy those, especially after a long flight. The lounge area had plenty of space and the furniture as comfortable. The room was clean and very comfortable. However, the reason I have it 3 stars was because of the hotel shuttle experience I had. I flew with my family of 4 (a 1 and 4 year old) our flight from San Antonio was already delayed over an hour and we didn't land until 1015 PM. I immediately called the hotel to ask the hotel shuttle schedule. I was told it ran every half hour on the hour. We got to the stop around 1025. I wired until 1045, still no shuttle. I calld again and asked the color of the shuttle. I waited until 1100, still no shuttle. I called the hotel once again and asked where the shuttle was. The lady informed me she wasn't aware I was requesting a shutle and that it as leaving immediately. Are you kidding me lady?! At this point I had two major meltdowns. We finally arrived at the hotel a little after 1130 and checked into our room by midnight. And thus my 3 star rating. "I didn't know you were requesting a shuttle" how dense do you have to be, honestly.
