I had a relaxing and pleasant stay at this Home2Suites location. I was traveling and needed to get an early check in prior to a meeting. I phoned ahead with my request and Pam (the representative I spoke with) arranged for me to check in early and phoned me as soon as my room was available. She and the other team members at this location greeted me with a warm welcome and shared with me information about the hotel and local attractions. I was traveling with a pet and everyone was friendly to my Bella. When I encountered employees during my stay they greeted me with smiles and if I had questions they were willing to take a moment to answer me. My room and the entire location was clean. It was nice to stay in a hotel where it seem that your comfort was first on their list. I have several upcoming trips planned in this market and I plan to book as many stays as possible at this location. Thanks to Pam and the rest of the team I am marking this location as a favorite in my book and will be sure to rebook it very soon!

Stayed recently for work. Pam and Michael checked me in - both were friendly and helpful. Clean hotel, great staff. Multiple times I saw staff cleaning and straightening public areas when I was coming and going - I love to see people being proactive! I would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Home 2 suites by Hilton was amazing, even if it was for a one night stay stay. We arrived a bit early (around 11AM) and check-in wasn’t until 3 PM. Our front desk agent Pam was very friendly and helpful in explaining all of the local things to do in the area. She was even able to get us checked in early. Overall our experience was pleasant and we would definitely highly recommend.

This weekend was everything at this hotel. From check in everything is clean nice big suites. Pam and the Gm was excellent! Pam made sure we had everything we needed and more. We will most definitely be back whenever we're in Maryland!!! The beds are just right!

I would like to compliment your front desk employees Pam and Marsha for their professionalism and great service. To be so far away from home and to have these ladies cater to the needs of every customer that walks through the door goes a long way with me. Since I 've been here I have seen them wear several hats and they handle themselves with beyond service attributes. I am a picky person and no matter what I have asked for or needed, they make it happen. Sometimes I forget that I am in a hotel because it feels so much like an apartment or condo. Thanks ladies for making my husband and I feel at home since day one. Also one of the cleaning ladies Maria is also to be commended for her service as well. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended.
