This is a delightful Hotel located in Yuma, AZ.  The grounds are nicely landscaped and well-maintained. The hotel itself is modern and clean. My room was in order and free from defects. Most importantly, the bathroom was not abused and everything functioned perfectly.  The staff is cheerful and helpful. This Holiday Inn Express is certainly above-average.

Property is well maintained.   Staff are super friendly and helpful.  Easy access to roads.  Rooms are large and clean.  Excellent choice for family with nice pool area.

Nice, clean, good location. The service was excellent, we were even offered fresh cookies! Breakfast had good choices. The only negative was the hotels smoking area is right near the front door. It was like walking through a smoke cloud everytime we came in and walked out.

Holiday Inn Express was a great place to rest after 510 miles on the road with our motorcycles. The front desk allowed us the courtesy of parking out of the way, but under the protection of the check-in parking structure. The view of the pool and farm area beyond, was a desert bucolic.?
Staff was friendly and helpful. And the morning breakfast was a c+ and the only reason for a 4 rating instead of a 5.
