I have to say, After going to many different places and working at a few of them I am 100% satisfied by the level of service from Brian Kelly  Rachel Johnson and Cheryl. I sold cars for 5 years. I must say I walked in there to buy a truck and I drove out in that truck. No him haw no funny business just great people.

David Q worked his butt off to get me an amazing car within my price range. I ended up getting a 2017 Pilot EX-L and I am in love!  He never gave up on me even though it took me a while to decide what I really wanted. Cheryl made signing the paperwork quick and painless and Tony was great at answering so many questions for me and helping David get the price that I wanted. This is my second time getting a car here and someday I'll be back for a third!  Thanks guys!

David is Awesome!!! It's not his fault that they "couldn't"/ "wouldn't" talk about another price for the Honda CR-V. I have gotten a car from here before and never had someone say the price cant be changed by a little bit. I would have to say I'm not sure I'll be going back to Bellevue Honda to buy a car again. Kind of disappointing.

Recently relocated here with my husband for the military. Spoke with Pat from services to ask a question about upholding an agreement with my previous Honda Dealer for 3 free oil and filter changes. I would understand a simple "no" but he was a bit patronizing by saying he did not need to uphold any dealer. A simple question turned a bit into frustration as I tried to clarify. I'm sure overall this Dealership is good, but will most likely be taking my Honda elsewhere.

Our salesman Robert took really great care of us. This was the first time we had ever looked at Hondas. Robert was patient with us and was very knowledgeable and when necessary was willing to find answers for our thousands of questions. We were very happy with the service we received and we love our new car. Thank you so much!
