This was our first vehicle purchase in Nebraska & we were so glad to have found Aaron at Gorges Volvo to work with. We found the sales and finance teams to be friendly, honest, and transparent about their process. Aaron was friendly and enjoyable to talk with while the team evaluated our trade-in. The process was handled smoothly, and we didn't feel any aggressive or sleazy up-selling techniques when we walked through negotiations and different warranty options. Material was presented for our consideration, but it was not shoved down our throats. We left satisfied with the price on our purchase, pleased with our experience at Gorges Volvo and through working with Aaron, and delighted with our vehicle. When the time comes for our next vehicle purchase, no matter the brand - we'll be sure to check Gorges Volvo first. Thanks again!

Truly one of the easiest auto purchasing experiences I've had.  Going in to the dealership, we had done our research and knew what we wanted and just wanted to review our options.  Aaron (Sales) and subsequently Joel (Finance) both were very easy to deal with and it was truly a low pressure sales experience.  Would highly recommend and plan to shop there again in the future.

My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Gorges in 2016. The attention to customer service was unmatched. In 2017 when our son needed a vehicle, we returned and were treated with the same friendly, professional service. Fast forward to January 2018, we found ourselves in the market for a vehicle once more due to an accident. Our first call was to Dan Birge at Gorges. We explained what we were looking for and Dan was able to accommodate our request in no time! 
Our experience with Gorges Volvo has been nothing but positive! From the sales department to finance to service-they are focused on assuring the best experience possible for their clients. We would not go anywhere else.

First and foremost, I am not normally a Volvo fan. Normally I wouldn't have went here. I'm glad I did. I found a gently used truck for the right price and meet Gary and Chad.  I normally also dread buying a car, as often is the case, you end up spending the entire day having the sales associate go back and forth to get a price for a vehicle. Then paper work etc. That's what I'm used to. 

I meet Gary (that's Captain Gary Shockley-thank you for your service!), who was pretty new to Gorges. I didn't know that until later on because he didn't act like someone who was new to the job. He was great!  And I felt no pressure to buy anything. Then I meet Chad who is one of the sales managers. Instantly think I'm being traded as I've often had bad experiences. Again. Not the case. Chad was very transparent on the truck and we made a handshake, the three of us, in less than 30 minutes. I was floored!  Chad and Gary said that is how they do things!  They held the vehicle until I could come in to sign papers. I was able to come in, sign papers over lunch and be on my way. Hope it should be done. 

Their loyalty program is outstanding  Great group. Hope to come back again!  You guys are fantastic!

We came in to look at a car we had seen on Carfax. Heidi was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We didn't feel any pressure like you do at other dealerships. Everything was done in a timely manner and it didn't take very long at all to complete the purchase process. I highly recommend Gorges Volvo.
