Wonderful service, great people to work with! I saw a vehicle that I wanted online and Judd contacted me right away about it. I went to drive it and loved it, even though I was not sure about going from a SUV to a family sized car. He worked with me to get the numbers where they needed to be and also assisted with having a minor item repaired with it. They went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with my purchase even though it was not a Ford. Everyone that I met there (I was introduced to alot of people) was very helpful and friendly. I also liked the flexibility they had with completing installment of additional items. This was my 1st purchase independently without my spouse and it went well. I am overjoyed with my experience and the newer car. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

I had the pleasure of working with Ron yesterday when purchasing a car and he was nothing short of fantastic! It was my first time purchasing a car and he was absolutely fantastic. He answered every single question thoroughly and truthfully. He gave a step by step process as we went and helped me get the best price within my budget for a car I absolutely love. I would recommend everyone to see him and to go to Woodhouse Ford!

We purchased our last 3 vehicles from Herman Shields the service was amazing, the customer service was top notch, I think what I liked most was I felt he was being completely honest with every question that we asked him with no pressure at all. We felt comfortable making the purchase and did not feel pushed or forced to do a deal. I have recommended several of my co-workers to Herman and will continue to do so in the future! Great salesman!

I had spent weeks looking for cars before I arrived at Woodhouse Ford. My experience getting at car here was incredible compared to other dealerships! The sales guy I went through was Herman Shields. I cannot recommend him enough. He had answers to any question I had and was the friendliest guy to boot. The finance manager I had was Chris Dworshak. Chris was a great guy to get this all figured out with and it made it feel like he could actually work with me. I recommend talking to the both of them if you're planning on buying or leasing(like I did)!

It was a great pleasure working with Judd and (I think) Chris (finance office)!! They were able to help me trade in a vehicle I still owed on and got me into a brand new lease with some fun bells and whistles! Judd really took the time to hear what I was trying to accomplish, showing me things that were going to work with my budget, and going to bat for me to get into a smooth ride!! I would highly recommend Woodhouse Ford for your car buying needs!
