After not being satisfied with Lincoln Honda, I went to O'Daniel's in Omaha.  My brother and sister in law recommended Vinny so I asked for him.  He helped me immediately.  This was, BY FAR, the best car buying experience I have ever had.  Everyone was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable.  Vinny understood exactly what I wanted and made it happen.  I was in and out of there with a new vehicle in two hours.  I will be back, and I will recommend Vinny to anyone.

I have written a review before.......however, I feel compelled to write one again.  I had my Ridgeline in for a PS noise issue.  I knew the o-ring that needed to be replaced that would fix the issue.  They took the truck back in, replaced the o-ring I mentioned and that fixed the problem.  The service department is always good at diagnosing and fixing issues.  However, being humble and listening to the customer is also a very important trait of a service department.  In this case, they did just that and it resulted in a truck that was fixed and a very happy customer.  If you need your Honda fixed, I recommend O'Daniel service department over ALL other Honda service departments in the Omaha area.........Thanks O'Daniel!!

I love O'Daniel. I've bought and leased my past few crvs through them and they have been a dream to work with. They accommodate my schedule, they make me feel like a valued customer, they are easy to communicate with, and you can tell they love their jobs AND product. Leasing with Urbano and Justin B was super easy and fun. And gotta thank Joe B for the accessories. I get all my service done with O'Daniel as well! I will always highly recommend them to friends and family.

O'Daniel is great.  I just bought a new CRV and the process couldn't have been better.  O'Daniel was able to give me the lowest price of any of the 3 area Honda dealers and they matched Car-Max's offer on my trade in.  My salesperson Bob was knowledgeable and laid back - never any pressure.  I don't know why anyone would buy a Honda anywhere else.

I worked with both Juan and Roland while buying my vehicle. I came in to just test drive and to shop around and was not pressured to buy that night from Juan which was great! Juan was helpful in explaining different features on the vehicle and made me feel comfortable! Came in a few days later to buy and worked with Roland. Roland was professional yet made me feel comfortable. The process was fairly smooth and I walked away with what I wanted! Thanks O’daniel Honda!
