Would never go here again. Terrible service and they obviously do not care about customer satisfaction, they just want the sale from you and move on to the next person. Managers cant help you even though they say they can, they are not able to make you happy. They might try to help in a way but claim that you lose $10,000 worth of equity in the vehicle once you take it off their lot. The picked up my truck for service since it was not functioning correctly and I received it back with a dent in it and all they can say is that they cant take the blame for it. The truck was only a few days old. Some service they can provide. And all I wanted is for them to try and make me happy instead they come back and insult me with giving me an offer and telling me I would have to pay more in to switch out the truck. No help at all.

Great group of salesman! The atmosphere at this dealership is very welcoming! They consistently opened the door for us and made us feel valued. Highly recommended!

Terrible service. Not helpful at all. Bought a truck and it does not function like it should I had my truck for a week and a half and then the service department had my truck for a week and a half. Finally got it back and still does not work and the same problems they claimed were to be fixed not fixed. Requested them to get me out of my lease not even 30 days into lease. The manager said he could get me out of it but It would cost more money on my monthly payment wether I stick with a new one with less options or get an older one. Called me a few time and never got back to me after that. Very poor service! First time with Woodhouse and probably will be my last sad to say.

Service department do not honor Woodhouse Ford Omaha coupons even though they said they would. They were charging me over $100 to get my car an oil change at 10,000 miles. Woodhouse Ford Omaha charges less than $50 to do the basic oil change. If I could give them zero stars I would. In addition, I called in the morning to verify my appointment time and they said they didn't have me down, but I can go in as a walk in to get my car an oil change. My husband gets there at 1 pm and they tell him the appointment is at 2pm. This place just seems like ppl don't know how to check their systems and what are all the services offered.

Such great service from these guys. I was in need of car twice this year they gave me an outstanding deal and made sure I got the car that I want it. I wouldn't go anywhere else
