Just bought a 2012 Outback from Josh here. Drove it off the lot a little before 8pm. By 930pm the car would not start due to electrical issues. I got a jump to get it to start so I could get it to my place. Turned it off, and, you guessed it, wouldn't start again and it almost wouldn't let go of the key either.

For how much they ensured my that all of their vehicles got the full "check", this is simply ludicrous. Gonna be getting an earfull tomorrow. Bet your ass they will.

I drove in looking for a used car.  Found what I was looking for took a picture of stock number walked in dealer was greeted by a sales men with very little ambition to sell a car.  Talked prices they told they could get the deal done so I said ok..... test drive vehicle with 5 miles to empty and I said something about it and the response was "we will be fine it gets 30 some miles to the gallon" keep in mind the distance to empty was 5 miles.  Yes we made it back after short test drive.  We got all the paperwork signed and worked out and that they said we will get you to the finance department soon....I got to the finance office and of course up sold warranties what every dealer does.  Signed all the papers was told just needed wife to come sign so I went and got my wife from work took her up there to sign and now they don't have any bank lined up to finance even though I already signed papers saying I bought the car.   Told them I'm just going to take my car till the figure it out and they said they will keep in touch.  I called to see what was going on and my sales men didn't even remember who I was less than 4 hours later.  He said he would check and call me back.......and an hour later I'm still waiting.......

Went in after wasting a couple hours at another dealership.  Looking for a good reliable car for college for our son.  Spoke with Stewart the salesperson and Todd the manager.  Told them of what we were looking for and the price range (which was fairly limited).   They were no nonsense and we quickly assessed the inventory that matched our parameters.   We found an older but low mile, garage kept car that fit our needs.  We had the car checked out by our private mechanic.  They had no problems with us doing so.  The car received a big "thumbs up" from our mechanic.  We bought the car and we are very satisfied (including our son).   We actually paid less than we had budgeted!   We had not been looking forward to buying a used car but the folks at Baxter Used Cars made it easy.  No wasted time and double talk - just direct information.  Thanks Stewart and Todd!

Had a really smooth and good experience at this Baxter location. I can't say I've had a great experience at other Baxter dealerships so I was very skeptical coming in. They had the exact car I wanted so I figured I would stop in and give them a chance. I ran into Dan Todalen and he was very friendly and even when I was being difficult, he stayed positive and assured me that all of the body work needed for the car would get done. He stayed true to his word which is very hard to find at Baxter car dealerships here in Omaha so I greatly appreciate him and the manager I was working with.

Pay attention to the low scores, these are the real reviews and i know this personally. Went in to look at some cars and there is NO MOTIVATION TO SELL!!!!!! They act as if they don't want to come into work at all like they are just there to be there. I've been to places that at least pressure you to buy but dang none whatsoever here. You cant make money if you not trying to duh! Not going back!
