We have lived all over the US and have 2 dogs (1 is almost 18 years old) Needless to say we have had many vets.  Mainstay is one of the best experiences we have had.  Not only do they offer pet insurance but they are accommodating and so personable and offer the app. PetDesk to track shots and visit.  We love Mainstay and will continue going there.  You will love the staff here because they are amazing!  We highly recommend!!

Our dog is a pretty difficult patient because she gets very stressed and panics, but they have really helped work with us to try to find solutions for her. We really appreciate them taking such good care of her even though she can be so hard to handle.

not sure if we had it right, but from our own experience, the front desk receptionist with her light blue eye color hardly looked at you in the eyes when our friendly customer came in to talk for service-related questions to make appointment.  we believe her name was Erin i.e. she would blink and scatter her light blue eyes everywhere except directly to the person whom she talked to in front of her whom she conversed with.  Dr. Hitt the owner was of expertise but she would also and can behave very disrespectful suddenly too.  We do not recommend this place.  More established practices are more courteous and will not treat prospective or paying customer or customers this way.   We recommend for you to BE CAREFUL for your own safety.  Otherwise you might be humiliated beyond means by the way they conveyed themselves to you on their business premise.
