I have been a loyal customer for 3 years but I have had it. They used to have really friendly customer service and great coupons for common work like oil changes.

I recently got my oil changed and was told on the phone that it costs $25. They charged me $32 (a 22% higher price). The extra cost came from parts, labor, and hazardous material disposal. Why would parts, labor, and disposal fees not be in a quoted price!? It is so frustrating. I feel misled.

They also called my significant other when the car was done, instead of myself. I specifically told them to call me since I dropped off the vehicle.

They just seem misleading and lacking attention to detail.

Won’t get into specifics, but I will say this place is definitely not honest. Typically take my car in to the dealership, but decided to maybe make a switch to this place since it’s close to home.  Brought my car in for a simple oil change  and they tried to sell me on multiple repairs. I left feeling frazzled because I wasn’t aware my car was falling apart. Decided to get a second opinion and took my car back to my regular dealership. This place was BSing me. My car was not leaking oil, nor was there anything wrong with my intake manifold like this place had claimed. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

BEWARE! The staff is trained to sell sell sell and SCARE YOU that if you don't do the service they are suggesting you are in serious danger. The cost of breaks for my used Oldsmobile at this company were astronomical! I brought the vehicle to a local mechanic. I was in and out within 2 hours and saved $150 from the original quote at Honest Auto Care.

Do not give this place your business.  They use a very aggressive and invasive marketing campaign.  Me and all the people in my apartment continuously receive fliers from them which end up all over the ground littering my community.  I have called them and requested that they stop mailing their fliers to me 5 times.  Yet they continue to send their unwanted unsolicited trash.

I've been going here for 3-4 years now.  No nonsense, never in a bad mood, always accommodating and easy to deal with.  I recommend to everyone I know!
