I went in to this location to buy a tie clip in one of their suits, buy 3, pay cash and the clerk at check out asks if I drive a limo.. teach your reps some etiquette.. not every brown person drives people around..

This overall rating is for Jos. A Bank and the service I received. Without explaining my horrible experience in detail If you are looking for a wide variety of suit options and looking for extremely great customer service visit the Men's Warehouse 2 minutes from this location. After this location messed up 4 suits for me and told me it would be 2-3 weeks to get everything resolved, I went to Men's Warehouse and they not only found a suit that fit me well they Tailored the suit and had me out of the door same day because of my experience at their sister company. Looking for suits? Don't waste your time here.

My experience started out great.  Brother and I stopped into a few places to get suits for a wedding (4 total).   We received the best service and assistance here.....unfortunately that where the good ends.

Two weeks after our initial visit I went in to order the suits.  This part of the process should have been easy except all of the info (for sizes and style) could not be located.  Finally worked that out and ordered the suits.  I was supposed to receive a phone call telling me they were in....never got the call.  I called twice and found out they never ordered them.....then they finally ordered them (except they couldn't get one in the proper size)...got them in a few days later (again I had to follow up, they didn't call me).  

4 suits are in, 2 of the suits need to be shipped to other stores for the other gentlemen standing up in the wedding.  Again, they dropped the ball, didn't ship the suits.  Thank goodness I stayed on the ball and kept following up.  Supposedly the suits were to be overnighted to the two locations...again that didn't happen.  A few days later they finally made it to the proper locations.

Once the suits were in the alterations could be done...and they were ready in time...

But I am very disappointed that we ordered these suits way ahead of time, but if I wasn't diligent in constantly following up we wouldn't of had the suits in time for the wedding.  Not the type of service I expected.  I won't be back and I'd recommend going somewhere else.
