Beautiful hotel with an excellent staff who treats you well. Breakfast is your typical continental with a good selection. Nice layout so you don't feel like your eating with others. Extremely clean, which is very important. I walk out of hotels that aren't. This hotel does not disappoint in any way!!

The cost was crazy but hotel rooms in this area are all expensive. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. We reluctantly decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. We weren't sure if the food would be very good and we were tired. We were very surprised that our meals both nights, and the light breakfast in the morning, were very fresh and will seasoned. Our chicken and steak dishes were cooked perfectly and both were moist and tender.

In town for a family funeral and I have always found Best Western to be a clean and accommodating place to stay when traveling out of town. The complimentary breakfast was a very welcome change from Continental style. The staff was helpful and eager to please. I would stay here again. Parking can be trying on a weekend, but the price is enticing. Worth the $$$

The location, room and shuttle service was excellent. However, the front desk personnel lacked basic customer service skills to acknowledge my presence upon entering the facility. As one who works in the industry, that is a no-no. I will stay there one more time, to compare visits and see if the service has.improved if so I will change my rating. Maybe they were having a bad day.

The Front Desk staff is so professional! The breakfast covers all needs of dietary concerns! The rooms are so clean and quite! The hotel beds are amazingly comfortable. You just can't beat free parking and close proximity to freeway on and off-ramps. I was not disappointed, and I'm pretty particular about staying in clean hotels with a wonderful staff! I will book this hotel again!
