To begin with, I booked the room with 2 queen beds for my wife and I and my 2 daughters. When I got to the counter to check in the surly attendant Maria's 1st response was the hotel was sold out.  I told her I booked online and paid.  She asked how many guest and then told me it was and additional  $21 a piece for my daughters (I did not see that anywhere when I booked). I asked her questions and she kept acting like she didn't hear me or didn't understand. They charged  $6 to park in an uncovered lot. I could have stayed at the Hilton for what I ended up paying here. The room was OK (about what you would expect from a Quality Inn). I will definitely avoid this place in the future.

Noisy inside hotel, guests letting door slam at all hours of the night. Fire alarm sounding for no apparent reason in middle of night waking everyone, and hotel sits on a main road with trucks downshifting  through the night.  No pool for my kids, not that big of a deal as  we stayed there one night  to be close to the airport for our flight next day. On positive, less than 13 min drive  from sfo airport and decent continental breakfast and newspapers next morning. Desk personnel friendly and helpful. One star due mostly to noise disturbances.

An overnight as we drive down 95, the Quality Inn provided a nice room at a good price for 3 of us. Room was clean with good climate control. Although our room was near lobby and laundry, we has no noise at all. Breakfast on Sunday included egg patties, sausage, and waffles. Staff was very helpful at breakfast and with changing credit card charges.

Enjoyed our stay.  Close to the airport. Beds we're great.  Good breakfast in the morning

Everyone involved did a great job. The hotel is very nice. I understand why they won the gold award for 2017.
