Clean rooms but WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The lady at the front desk (which is the only lady who is ever there) has the worst and shortest temper ever! She kept rushing me every single time I tried to explain what I needed. When I called to reserve rooms on 6/12, she rushed me, told me to hold AND was rude! I looked at my account and it looked like I got charged extra. So I called back after my stay there and she WOULD NOT LET ME EXPLAIN TO HER WHAT I NEEDED! She kept interrupting me every time I tried to say something! I need to talk to the owner of this place! I hate it here! I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

Cozy and warm stay in the cool summer in San Francisco.. Very convenient location, close to San Bruno Caltrain station, which will take you to anywhere.. San Jose, San Francisco.. Airport is stone throw distance.. Extremely convenient if you have morning departure or late night arrival. There are 2 close by food joints for dinner.. Breakfast comes free with the room. Other amenities are standard as found in other good reputed hotels.

Perfect location, situated only few minutes drive from airport. Clean, well equipped rooms with coffee facilities, microwave, fridge etc. Can be quite loud due to the fact it's in the airplanes way which flies above, but then again the price justifies what you get for it. Can recommend for people in transit.

This is an older motel but the desk staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and well maintained. My only concern would be how sounds travel through the wall. It was not an issue on my stay but it could be an issue depending on who is in the next two.

We stayed because we needed a place near the airport. The rooms have a lot of space and the free shuttle to the airport was definitely a plus. The driver was very nice and helpful.
