Upon arrival, our check in went smoothly, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Once we got to our room, it smelled like an ashtray.  Staff was quick to switch our rooms.  
The room was very clean.  The bed was comfortable.  The walls are thin, however. We heard the man next door’s conversations easily.  It was after midnight. 
The pool was overrun with children, which is fine. But the water was cloudy, and it smelled very strongly of chlorine in the pool room, so we decided not to swim. 
The hotel is nice, but older, and not a 3 Star stay. Our 2 star hotels, during our travels, were much nicer. 
Breakfast was a 3 out of 10. 
I would not recommend this as a stay for you in St. Louis. Pretty far from downtown as well.

Ryan was pleasant when he checked us in. He helped me change my reservation from one night to three without hesitation. Kathy works days and is jovial and just an all around character!  We laughed together and she remembered our small details each time she saw us. Very nice hotel with tons of guests that stay. Breakfast is super busy. Our room was exceptionally clean. We will book again.  I gave 4/5 because the parking garage needs improvement but they are actively working on it

The service here is exceptional. Cara, the night concierge was very considerate and knowledgeable. She made my stay here very comfortable. I can tell she is a hard worker. The area is pretty safe, and security is there at night time to protect cars which makes me feel even more secure about my stay. The management here is nice.

Great price for location. Chose this hotel due to it's location near a conference at the Union station. Friendly staff but rooms could be a bit cleaner. Shampoo and conditioner is issued through a shower dispenser. Location is within walking distance of a great Irish pub, arch, two great BBQ joints.

We got to the hotel at 3:15 and had to wait about 45 minutes for our room. My husband and I were both sick, so I was pretty upset. All that changed once we met a few of the hotel workers. The housekeepers were so sweet and the hotel staff was amazing. The pool area is one of the nicest we have seen. Very well maintained. And the breakfast was perfect.  A member of the hotel staff even stopped to talk to my 11 year old son about his visit to St. Louis.  She was very kind and really seemed to care. Great experience and we will definitely stay there the next time we are in St. Louis.
