Horrible customer service, even with the manager. Along with my special order. I ordered a ring and it came in too big, even the lady working said that was their fault, and then they lost my paperwork twice. Never called me to tell me my wedding band was in... horrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

bought a ring.  said it's be 2 weeks to have resized... now,  5 weeks later,  no ring, getting run around.   they never even called during this time to say there would be a delay.  talked too several people and keep getting the i don't know... it's in  transit,... this will come out of your protection plan.   just horrible.  almost want to just get my money back.

Terrible money hungry people, was told that if we customized a ring and didn't like it, it can be refunded.  1 month later we got the ring and it just didn't satisfy my wife with the specific look she wanted so went to the store to refund and the manager said it's not refundable because it was customized.. it can only be refunded if the mold was only done.. the mold was never shown to us and they took the ring back to send it to their "HQ" the "Professional" to make it perfect..  got the ring back today,and the rind doesn't sit flat and more at an angle.. just terrible.. I don't recommend this place to anyone..

This place is horrible. It's a joke. I have bought earnings and a ring and had a different ring resized. The ring I bought needed to be sized down and engraved. The first time I got it they never engraved it so they gave me a new ring and got it engraved. When we got that one back it wasn't resized so they sent it back to get resized. A week after the ring for reszed the stone fell out. With the earings I bought the stud was bent as i was wearing them. That same thing happend again. I later took a ring in that I had for sixteen years in to get resized and a week later the ruby fell out.
