Wow waffles with yummy butter cream and caramel sauce with hot coffee at rainy season. I love the place and service good and hardworking for maintaining cleanliness! It is exactly opposite to budget inn and it is a good option for small treat too Vegetarian options: Hot Waffle with butter and syrup top on it and it makes dish delicious. Makes me so happy.
1. The staff did not greet us upon arrival. They just looked at us with a blank expression like they were on some sort of drug that made them a zombie. 2. The service was very awkward and paid very little attention. They had to visit the table 5 separate times to get our order in even after writing it down. 3. The food arrived at the table completely undercooked. I sent it back against my better judgement. It came back completely burned in the case of the steak and the oil soaked in the case of the blueberry bites. See attached photos. I will never eat here again and I hope this helps people make a wise decision on where to go themselves.
Went on Veterans Day for the free MVP. It was packed but our server Dontrell was excellent as was the food. First time visiting this location but I will be back.
Today's visit was beyond disappointing. Strike 1: I called the restaurant at 10:09 a.m. to place a to-go order. No one answered the phone. Strike 2: I called the restaurant at 10:10 a.m. again to place a to-go order, but, again, no one answered the phone. Strike 3: I went to the restaurant at about 10:50 a.m. to place an order. When I walked in, a female cashier was standing at the register at the right end of the counter. I think she was talking to a customer who was sitting in the small booth. I was not greeted, but it was okay. I went to the other register to place an order. A male employee with a ponytail passed me and walked over to the cashier, and they had a conversation about an order. I watched the male take an order from the counter and set it in front of the customer in the short booth. Then, I saw him take the same order from the booth and put it back on the counter. After a back-and-forth between the employees, they finally came to the register where I stood and continued to argue. When I heard the female say to the male, "Why you cussin' at me, tho'?", I interrupted them to say that I wanted to place an order. The female said, "Okay. Just give me a minute", as if she was annoyed that I had interrupted them. I turned around and left. This is the first time that I visited this restaurant after it had reopened. Before the reopening, I got good food and decent service. I don't know what happened since the reopening, but I will NOT patronize such foolishness!
Daniel, Trail, and Sydney was amazing along with the other staff they all worked well together with a full house and killed it under pressure they cleared the house in a timely manner and were amazing!! The food was delicious everything came out to us hot and fresh and ready to go. We were very satisfied and this was our very first time every visiting a Huddle House so they truly set the standard High!! Verry satisfied.
I stopped by for breakfast om the way back from camping. It was packed full and we were told it would take anywhere between 15 minutes to 45 minutes. The facility was clean however and the staff was nice.Service: 5/5
Great service. Blueberry muffin bites are not impressive but at $1.99 no big deal. Bacon was cooked to order. I got a slice of American cheese instead of the cheddar I ordered in grits.Food: 3/5
My waffle was PERFECT and our hostess was so sweet. She made sure we had everything we needed, from the perfect waffles and eggs to engaging the kids in light chatter while we waited. I love this location--it is very clean and the employees take pride in giving a wonderful experience.
