Service was great and so was the atmosphere. The ribeye I ordered medium rare came out medium well. Normally I would have asked for another but after taking about half an hour to get the food even though it was not busy I decided to just eat it and go. Also the sweet potato was just a orange white potato. Wasn't good at all. The salad was delicious though
We enjoyed our experience. It wasn't perfect- we were initially seated at a table at the bar and my husband's steak was overdone- HOWEVER, the very sweet hostess found us another place to sit and our precious server Cindy had another steak already cooking as she had already learned that that the steak hadn't been temped prior to serving. She was amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant and her.
We came to this location for our daughter gradation dinner. Unfortunately before we got our appetizer we got a call our house was on fire. We had to run out and leave our parents, grandparents and children. After we left they took great care of everyone and boxed and bag our food to be sent to us. We finally got to go back tonight and it was great from the food to the server everything was amazing! We want to thank the managers and staff for everything!!!
Once’s again to busy for the servers on staff. Needed a refill when food got to the table, finished eating and still no refill even though she said she was bringing it on three occasions. They should not sit more people than the servers can handle. There were only two people in our party. Food was good.
Let's start off by saying that I'm aware that many restaurants are understaffed at the moment, but it doesn't make it any easier to sit and wait while looking at dozens of empty tables. We did join the online wait, but still waited an extra 20 minutes after we arrived. We were seated at a table nearest to the lobby which filled up with more waiting customers facing our table staring at us eat making comments about our food. I felt like we were in a zoo. Please LH remove this table!. The only thing that rescues this review is the food which was exceptional. The steaks were perfectly cooked and seasoned.
The food was great. Great server On this rainy day, yes the food was good and that did not stop the people from coming out.
Consistently accurate to order. Placed order over phone a few times and always perfectly cooked. Two time phone order. Repeat business applicable. Great stake salad and taters.
Today the manager Stephen was ask to sit us in our waitress Chantel's area. He took us to a high top table. We told him sorry we can't sit at high top tables. Well you will have a longer wait then was his reply. He didn't try to get with Chantel or go to any extras to help find us a place to sit. Chantel has waited on us for many years and is very good at her job. I call this bad management and it's not good for the employees or the customers either. We are very disappointed in this manager. We did not stay under these circumstances to eat today we decided to just leave and it didn't seem to matter to him that we just left.
