This Waffle House is always a hit or a miss. Last night we went to eat dinner, as soon as we walked in the door the staff obviously didn’t want us there. The girl literally groaned and put her head down. She was working by herself with one cook. We were never seen after being there 20 minutes. We and three other tables left before being served. I’m not saying this is the employees fault. Management seriously needs help running this establishment. If you can’t find someone to come in, managers should come in. A person should never have to run the whole restaurant by themselves. We have had good experiences here too, but it’s never a given. We came in one night and they were “cleaning the grill”… at 8pm. Prime dinner time Also, the place smelled like sewage.
I was in there Friday morning I just love how everybody looks so miserable until management came in then their whole smiles hit their face it was so funny. In my opinion I believe everybody should have a smile on their face if you're working somewhere to make people feel welcome and happy to be there. Thanks for coming in there management making them smile!!! My food was great!!!! But their attitude sucks
Walked in at 1:45 and was told they weren’t accepting any customers until 2 since they were cleaning up from the lunch rush. We waited and came in at 2:05. Half the restaurant was roped off so there was only three booths and counter seating. All the seats were taken so we waited a half hour. Watched five parties come in, see the lack of seating and leave. When a table opened up, we waited ten minutes to see it cleared. We finally sat down and cleared it ourselves. I’m confused as to why half the booths were closed off when Sunday means church folks coming in for lunch. This was not due to shorthanded staffing as there were six people behind the counter. Food was fine, service was confusing and lackluster.
Even short staffed on a Tuesday late evening, the cook and one server did an amazing job. We came in at around 11pm cold and tired from a 8 hour ride in the cold on our Harley. I was very impressed at the food and service.Food: 5/5
The waitress was nice but didn't seem to know how to manage several customers at one time meaning 4 to be exact. The cook was awesome though and the food was on pointFood: 4/5
I've been here a number of times. However, not as early as today. Was here shortly after 6 am. The night crew must have still been on duty. My eggs were greasy, toast burned and sausage was overdone. Not what I'm used to from this facility. I was however, treated to the prominent display of a toned posterior. When did it become okay to display one's underwear in public?
Could use a good cleaning. Food wasn't what how we ordered it and the waffle was raw. Oh and there was gum hanging down from under the table, thanks for that one, I found it touching my leg. I understand that you can't control or see everything however the way you react when told then how you treat your customer makes a difference. So, yes to her question I have been to Waffle House before and just because I prefer my table to be clean top and bottom. Which I never said a thing about she just kept watching me. Also have never been to a Waffle House that sent out such a pathetic Waffle! Y'all should be ashamed.
Disappointed, not once since my food was dropped did someone ask about it. Alls I was looking for is a simple check, I needed more jelly and butter, but Staff was preoccupied with other things.
When you go in on third shift and they tell you it's carry out only there is no dining in make sure you check your bag for utensils cuz some truck drivers don't carry that stuff with them
Our server Tasha was fast and friendly with a smile that lit up the room. And the food was hot and delicious. The employees were all energetic and the facility was clean with a health inspection score of 100. Overall, this particular location was clearly well-managed.
