This was our first visit to a Chili's in years.  We arrived at 4:00 in afternoon. Having skipped lunch we were very hungry.  Mandolin was our server, and I suspect that she realized how hungry we were. She quickly took our order and our food was served in short order.  We each got the "3 for $10.99" special and it was more food than we could eat.  We each ordered the Oldtimer Cheese Burger and we were not dissapoinnted. It was cooked to perfection. We upgraded the order for $2.99 and got the Dip Trio a plate full of tortilla chips and three different dipping sauces. It was all very good and we could not have been happier with the service and the food.  Thinking maybe we had better put Chili's back on our list of places to frequent.

Just ordered the boneless wings and after consuming 2 and noticing they were a little cold I decided to open them up and noticed they were all completely raw. I told the waitress and she left my tray on the table and ordered me more. I told her I didn’t want anymore and asked for the check without my meal on it. I saw her talking with the manager and he looked at me however never came to my table. No apologies were given at any moment. I guess the Milledgeville Chilis is not concerned about salmonella or food safety  I will not be returning.

Allison was absolutely amazing! It was a pleasure to have her as our server and get to see her take care of other tables as well. She flawlessly handled all tables and bartended at the same time while making everyone feel cared for. My husband and I just loved getting to experience her personality and see her love for working with people and talking with them. She is a treasure. Thank you so much Allison, you are phenomenal!!!

I haven't been to Chill's in over a year but decided to go recently for my birthday & this time I went the food was delicious & the customer service was great as well. I got a to go order a few days later and got home  and I was missing some food that I ordered and was charged for. I usually check my bags before leaving any restaurant to make sure I have all my food, but I was running late picking my son up from work. Anyway I live in another county so I definitely wasn't driving back to get it plus they would have been closed when I got there. I made contact with someone about it and no one has responded back to me at all.

The chips and salsa were excellent along with the server. She was new but was very friendly and did the best she could. One of the meals was cold but probably because they were facing the same staff shortages as everyone else.Food: 3/5

Had the Cajin pasta with chicken....tasted BAD. Couldn't taste anything near Cajin. The over garliced, over cream sauce that came from some warehouse shelf was tasteless. The meal came luke warm. Went home feeling sick and that I had wasted my money. My wife had the same and feels the same. Food: 1/5

May have just been a bad night but saw my waitress exactly once.  She got the order wrong.  Food came out over cooked.  Hostess asked if I wanted some sauce but never came back.   No one came and checked on me.   Finally just paid and left....   Not my usual experience here so will give them another chance.Food: 2/5

I have been to this Chili's a few times on business trips. They never dissappoint! The bartender and waitresses are so attentive, friendly and professional. The food is cooked just right.Food: 5/5

We arrive she took our order she had to.go back cause the order was wrong he had ordered fries and they gave him broccoli. I ordered the BBQ boneless chicken wings that was the poorest tast for BBQ that I had ever had. Mine came with an appetizer I ordered the chili an appetizer is suppose to come before.your meal well not mine so it was not eaten there. Then Chili's is suppose to be a nice resturant well my plate had a chip on it I believe they could afford to buy another plate or just use another one it was not overly busy. I will not be back and I will.surely tell my friends of the.experiencw that I had .  THANK YOU Judy Oglesby

5 stars for service! Food on the other hand, the appetizers were delicious, highly recommend the cheese curds and the triple dipper combo. Our fries came cold , but our waitress took care of that and brought everyone who had cold fries fresh fries! All the guys were so thirsty the witness took care of that by bringing pitchers of ice and tea ! Highly recommend
