We worked with Israel to buy my new car this past weekend and it was a wonderful experience. Other places we went before Humble Hyundai made us wait forever while the salesperson "went to talk to a manager" before finally coming back with a better price, heavily pressured us, tried to up-sell, and/or seemed completely lacking any knowledge of their own cars. There were none of those "slimy new car salesperson" tricks here. We went in with a good idea of the price we wanted to pay, and not only did Israel match that, it only took him a few minutes to come back with that offer. He made the car buying process quick and painless. Everyone else we dealt with at this dealership was equally friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. A breath of fresh air after some of the other dealerships we visited!

I have never owned a Hyundai until now. Humble Hyundai made that experience one of the easiest and convenient experiences ever. I am grateful to my salesman, Danny for all of his knowledge and assistance with every question I had. The GM was also extremely helpful and the staff made it super easy to purchase a car. I would highly recommend this dealership.

On November 20th, I walked into Humble Hyundai just to browse. I really had no intention of purchasing anything that day. I was greeted by the very friendly (and not at all pushy) Clarence. When he asked me what it was I was looking for that day, I relayed to him that I was in need of a new car, but didn't necessarily need the latest and greatest. He assured me that no matter what, I would "walk out with a smile" that day. And, boy, was he ever right! We discussed and looked at a few different models, including the bright blue car right there on the showroom floor. He suggested a test drive. And I kid you not, two minutes into that test drive, I was sold. It was everything I was looking for and more. Even though I was nervous, it became very clear to me that Clarence was very good at his job. He made me feel comfortable, while working quickly and efficiently and less than two hours later... I drove away with a brand new 2018 Hyundai Sonata Limited! I could not be happier with my new car or with the excellent service that I received from Clarence and the team at Humble Hyundai! Thanks again!

We leased our first Hyundai Sonata from H.H. in 2011. We had test-driven it and "tried it on for size", as I'm quite tall and some cars aren't comfortable for me. It was perfect. We negotiated an excellent deal with the friendly, helpful staff and drove the car for three years. When the lease ran out, we returned to Humble to lease the new 2014 Sonata. Same service as before. When that lease ran out a few months ago, we bought the car outright. This company is customer-oriented, sells a quality product and there's always someone available to answer questions and address concerns. When we're ready to deal again, there's no question where we'll go. Humble Hyundai has these customers' loyalty!

After the hurricane both of our vehicles were totaled. We went to Humble Hyundai, worked with Patrick and could not have been happier. He was kind, knowledgeable and worked very hard to get us in just the right Tucson for just the right price! Patrick and the sales manager went out of their way to make the deal happen. I recommend this dealership to everyone and will be back when it is time to buy a new one.
