After have THE WORST service at another ford dealership & being told they refused me service. I took My brand new 2018 Ford Escape in for warranty work. AL was a great service supervisor !! The had my car ready to pick up in a day and a half !! I highly recommend this for service center !! Thank you planet ford for such great service. I will gladly make the drive from here on out !

Scam. They have their own employees put  five star reviews for themselves. They used to ask just for the driver's license even though no other dealer ask for your driver's license to test drive there vehicle with an employee in it. But now they're asking for your insurance card as well. What a major Scan. They may be selling your information or gathering it to bombard you in your mailbox. And why would they need your insurance card? They have a huge dealership. Don't believe all the reviews. They're mostly employees put them on there.

They were really customer service friendly.  Well organized. Wait time was not as long as I anticipated.  I highly recommend this location.

The sales men, Rudy M. and Guy G., who helped me were great. I was able to check out cars at my own pace. They answered my questions and put me at ease. We even ft comfortable coming to look on a Sunday with it being closed. I'm looking forward to making a deal, especially since I lost my car due to Harvey.

James helped me find the perfect vehicle with all the accessories I wanted/needed! Financing took no time at all. I love my new Explorer Sport! Customer service is amazing at Planet Ford 59!
