Worst service department I've ever experienced. Service advisor, Melissa Guerrero was rude and confrontational because I was early for my appointment. I did not ask for any special consideration. I knew I was early and understood that I would have to wait. However, she went off on a tangent telling me that they have a meeting and then they have a lunch so my car will sit back there for 2 hours before it's even touched. I did not need to know that or be talked to like a 2 year old.

I asked to speak to the service director. His name is Rodney Skipper. He just tried to codify me. He wanted to know what exactly I needed. I told him I want an apology. He said that they would talk to the service advisor and get her side of the story. Basically, I felt like he was telling me that it's my word against hers. In the room with the service director was Diana Miranda. Her title is customer advice manager and according to Mr. Skipper she works for corporate. She had nothing to add at all.

I cannot say enough good things about the sales department at this dealership. It's really sad that the service department is so sub-par. I will never consider purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. Your service department must be on the same level as your sales department. Steer clear of this dealership at all cost unless you never plan to use the service department.

Buyer beware go to another jeep dealership.  The sales guys that I have talked to their 1. Have acted like they really didn't want to do their job as a sells person, 2. Little knowledge of the vehicles they try to sell.  It's easy to read a brochure little hard to answer questions and try to bs a customer.  3. Pushing health hazard vehicles on the public.  Was looking at a vehicle there that had mold all inside the vehicle and The sales guy insisted on selling the vehicle with mold.  Blew off what I was saying and was only worried about what I would offer for the vehicle.  Have dealt with several jeep dealership in Houston and by far this is the worst.

Bought a truck from this place.  Terrible customer service from this salesperson named Greg.  Went in to see some trucks, bought the truck on spot, too late to understand truck functions and finish paperwork, so I planned to be there the following week.  Greg had a couple of questions, needed to meet his monthly quota, so I worked on his stuff on my vacation as a favor to him.  

Now I am back from vacation, I need to plan to come in to get somethings installed, and need some questions answered regarding insurance and financing, he is nowhere to be found.  I left 4 messages, and after threatening to contact someone else, he finally contacted me and scheduled an appointment. 

I took the day off, drove an hour to get to the dealership, found out, he didn't even show up.  No courtesy contact to let me know he isn't coming in.  Now I am trying to figure all this out on my own.  Took me twice as long, waste of time, and still, he wouldn't respond to my phone calls.  Is this what is considered good customer service?  Horrible

Very easy place to get business done. We called ahead give all of our information and the car was sitting there waiting on us to test drive. Purchased it was no problem financing manager was fantastic

I have a Chrysler 300. I took to Texas Chrysler  Dealer in humble. Because engine light was on. They  check it out said It was OX sensors  needed 4  replaced also Had a bad tension Pulley . The service dept is bad. They never have enough people to help. They had one service person and you never get them to answer the phone or leave message. I had to get service mgr to get help and he also ,I had to leave a message. I was told my bill was so much and when I went to pick it up it had almost 200.00 more in charges . My suggestion take your car some where  else. I price the parts on the car to be changed out and they marked them up almost 3 times and the labor was out to high . what little they did was not worth  what they charged
