This was the worst car buying experience I've ever had. I drove down to this dealership after seeing an online ad for a used car with lower mileage than other similar cars at nearby dealerships. I called ahead to see the car and they confirmed the mileage was correct. The first words I heard from the seller were not a greeting, but a correction on the mileage. It had 20 thousand more miles than stated in the ad. Still better than the other cars I had been looking at so I test drove and they ran my credit. They did not budge on the price but my payments were right where I wanted them to be. The car had dents and scratches but the seller promised to fix those in addtion to also replacing a broken fog light assembly. I left the car in their hands for over a week.They said it would be reconditioned to look like new. When I was finally called to pick it up, I saw that they had fixed the dents and some of the scratches but left others untouched. The seller said that I had not brought those blemishes to his attention when I first looked the car over. He told me he had to order the fog lamp and that I should return after he called so I could come back. As I took delivery of the car and went to drive away I heard a very loud brake squeal. A car with 36 thousand miles on the odometer had its pads worn down to nothing. I had not noticed this during the test drive, I ate the cost of new brakes. But when I returned to have the fog light assembly replaced I was given the part in hand and the seller said he never told me he would have one of his mechanics install it. I laughed thinking it was a joke. No, it was no joke. But in my opinion and my experience, this dealership is. Please be careful if you do decide to do business with them. Make sure everything is in the contract. Do not let them write in, "recon" in your contract with the promise of reconditioning your vehicle into looking like new.

If you could give ZERO stars to this dealership I would, but I'll have to "upgrade" them to one star. I helped one of my students buy a car this week. I looked at dealerships all over Texas, but decided on Parkway Family Mazda and Gullo Mazda to because I've had good dealings with them in the past. We found a very nice 2014 Mazda 3 at Parkway, but the service after that couldn't have been worse. The 2014 car we were looking at was priced 2-3000 under what it should have been. It was posted at this price for almost a week. Well, who wouldn't jump on that deal? Turns out the car has a scratch (probably from a key) all down the front of it, and the dealership actually pulled out the floor mats of the car. When we got in and were looking around, I noticed there were no floor mats either front or back. We walked in, talked to Mark (guy my student bought the car from) and he said, "no room in that deal for floor mats." I said fine, we'll get them online. At no time did the dealership offer to fix the scratch or replace the floor mats. It wasn't until I complained to the manager of the dealership did they offer to fix the scratch. I never thought a dealership could/would be so childish as to rip out the floor mats of a car because they priced it wrong. Needless to say we won't be back and I won't be sending anymore business their way. Lots of good Mazda dealerships in the city, we don't have to drive 25 miles out of town.

I had a great experience with Cedric (salesman) and Tiffany they were super nice and followed up with me. I bought a certified pre-own Cedric helped me select it and had me in it the next day. Everything was so easy. Tiffany called to follow - up to make sure I was happy with the purchase.

The woman who took care of my care was so nice and helpful even went above and beyond to give me coupons for an oil change and cleaning service. Good customer service. Plus love my Kia!
