I had a great experience at Parkway family Mazda. My first time buying a Mazda and the General manager Sia Vahid helped me through the process. The whole experience took less than a week to complete. He got me the exact car that I wanted down to the color and trim line with a few extras. He was very informative and I could honestly tell he was genuine and looking out for my best interests.  I definitely will be returning and sending my friends his way when it comes time to purchase another vehicle.

We just moved here from Canada and I have nothing but good things to say about Parkway Family Mazda! The Service Advisor, Vanessa Jones, was very communicative at every stage. And all the staff that I had contact with was very helpful! I will definitely be a regular there!

Wonderful staff, CLEAN AND IMMACULATE used cars, and to top it off they will work with you to earn your business! By far the best dealership I have done business with in the Houston area. They have earned my trust and continued business, something no other dealership ever has before. But the best part? HONESTY. I worked with the sales manager Mr. Sai (I hope I'm not butchering his name) and he was upfront about everything, no hidden fees or surprise add-ons. 5/5 for sure!!

The car buying experience was great - it wasn't until my car was totaled in an accident that we found out that the finance department apparently did NOT turn in the paperwork for our GAP insurance.   The insurance is on our contract and we have been paying for it, but the GAP insurance company says they do not have the paperwork for our vehicle, therefore, no coverage will be afforded.  The bank we were financed through said they have tried a number of times to talk to the finance department about this but they keep getting transferred and eventually hung up on.  They have yet to get through to anyone or to get a call back.  My husband called and, of course, everyone was in a meeting.  We are on the verge of hiring an attorney to deal with this.

Parkway did it right for us.  Karla and Joel were ready for us when we walked in the door after driving 2 hours to come get our new car.  They were helpful and excited for and with us about finally being able to move on from the hurricane and returning to "normal" life.  Our car is beautiful and amazing!  They laughed with us while we waited through the formalities, sharing jokes and stories during the downtime.  Henry provided the best financial sit-down for a purchase we have ever experienced: BAR NONE.  
Thanks team!  I can't say we'll be back, because the drive is quite a ways, but you're definitely worth it and we love our new Mazda!
