I just moved in this weekend. Everything went so smooth. The office and maintenance people have been so helpful. My washer connections were leaking and they were there within mins to fix the issue. My son and I both absolutely love my apartment. There is so much space and storage. The complex is very quiet also. I would for sure recommend this place to anyone!

A very good complex, excellent maintenance. Joel an excellent being works with a lot of kindness, and does a perfect job. The bad thing is the parking lot, which is used by the church in front. and the residents can not park. when there is Church there are NO parking lots🤨😕

I have lived in these apartments for 2 years now and I just love it. Very nice apartments and the office staff is amazing, Michelle is favorite. The maintience people are also very good and get things done right on time. Love this place

You have been asked to pay one month rent in advance, but be sure that you will never get it back. There will be list of surprises given to you in the name of cleanliness after 2 months of your vacating apartment. No joint inspection to see the apartment conditions but only a list (solely prepared by them) at the end. When you try to explain it goes into vain, more you approach higher management more you find arrogant people. No matter what you have lost due to their poor maintenance and you will not be compensated. there were at least 3 incidents of overflowing drainage water through bath tub (see pic), everytime had to change bathroom rugs, shower curtains and many more. so enjoy living in hunts club and dont vacate.

TERRIBLE experience. Completely over priced. Will charge you for anything and everything. Paid 350 for a security deposit, and ended up losing everything just because I didn't sweep before I left the place! And I still owed them 15 dollars. Screw this place. Do not move here, even if its your last resort. Would give 0 stars if possible.
