Easy to find/convenient location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was at capacity when we stayed but all guests were courteous. Clean rooms and nice breakfast service. Would stay again.

Location is very convenient right next to interstate 77 and ten minutes away from Cuyahoga national Park and the scenic train ride. staff was very friendly throughout the stay. Breakfast is free and a good selection of fruit and some other American breakfast items. Rooms are comfy and clean, exercise equipment is in good shape and overall appearance of hotel is in well kept condition. There is a bar and food which I did not try. Overall a positive experience.

Clean, comfy rooms. Super friendly staff that go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Really awesome free breakfast - like seriously the best I've ever had for an included brekkie! Top notch - I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

Excellent experience all around! The room was spacious and everything was very clean! Cleanliness is important and I was not disappointed. The breakfast was above average for hotels. The only complaint I have is there was no Food Network on the list of tv channels, and when the only thing I can think of that was negative is the tv channels you have done something right! 5 out of 5 stars on my book!
