Tyler was on time, fast and efficient. I am a do-it-yourselfer remodeling a bathroom and water lines. I had him install a water shutoff valve in the house so I could readily turn the water off as I worked. Tyler got it in and it looks so good my wife could find where he did it in the closet without me telling her. The biggest reason for the five star is all the free advice he is giving me. Telling me the best options on not only the best products to by but the best way to install them has been very helpful to someone who is learning how to do all of this. I am running all my large purchases through him now and will bring him back to help me with anything that is beyond my skill level.

Stop, call Meridian Plumbing; honest, and they actually have customer service skills! Roto-Rooter uses 3-5 apprentices to do major plumbing jobs (illegal) and take no precautions on the job site nor involve the neighbors when spending the entire job in said neighbors driveway.

My neighbor used this company to replace their water main.  I used Meridian Plumbing.  The difference is night and day.  I will never ever use Roto Rooter.

I would give this company ZERO stars if I could.  They came out to our home to pump the septic and could not get the lid open.  The attached the lid to a truck and tried to get it open and destroyed our lawn in the process.  The then used a jack hammer and broke through the lid as well as damaging the whole inside so bad that we had to replace it.  Another company we called said that they have a tool for the type of lid I had that would have opened it with out breaking it.  The pumped and then sent us a HUGE bill for the service they provided.  When we called the owner he said that he would remove the bill due to the fact that we had to replace the broken pieces.  6 months later I get a call from a collection bureau collecting on the debt.  I told them the situation and they said I had to write in.  I did.  I never got a reply back and got a ding on my perfect credit.  I wrote letters, emails, etc. trying to get it resolved and NEVER did it get fixed.  I was garnished through my checking account for the whole amount and the ding on my credit has not gone away.  This company is HORRIBLE.  After all of this, I had another company come out to do some searching through our pipes to make sure our roots were good, they re-pumped and found that there was NO WAY the company ever pumped in the first place.  They showed the calculations of waste compared to my pump and found that it was impossible that Roto-Rooter ever did what they said they did.  WARNING.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.  THEY ARE DISHONEST AND THIEVES!

Great service. Had a plumbing issue on a Saturday and they resolved the issue. Adam was very professional and knowledgeable. Fixed the issue and gave us pointers on how to avoid getting into same situation again. Will use service again if needed.

A+ Customer Service!  Chris Sainsbury went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the work that he and his team did. I had a Riser put around my septic tank lid,  a Clean-out Sweep put in for easy access to my Main Line Drain, and new pipe laid between the septic tank and my house. Chris came after hours to look at the pipes under my house before he and his team came in the morning to do the job. Good Customer Service is HUGE in my book, and so hard to find these days. I have found it with Roto-Rooter! They do Quality work, and treat you like family!
