Had a great experience with Jeff and Matt at Meridian plumbing. We were in the market for a new pressure tank and water softener. I called several companies in the valley to get an idea of prices and ask a few questions. Two of the companies took a day or longer to call me back. Jeff called me back within a couple hours and spent about thirty minutes answering questions and educating me on different types of water softeners and how they work. He gave me a quote over the phone and that price did not go up at the time of service. Matt did the install, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He busted his butt all day to get the job done and never took a break. We're very happy with the results and price compared to the other companies I spoke to when they eventually got around to calling me. We will be using Meridian plumbing for all our future plumbing needs.

Congratulations, you have found the right plumbing company! I met Jeff at the Boise Home Show and decided to give Meridian Plumbing a shot. Needless to say I am very grateful.  Jeff responded that same day I called, gave me excellent advice on our remodel layout, worked with us on our budget, always returned questions immediately, and has a very professional and knowledgeable staff.  I would highly recommend this company, who follow the Golden Rules for success:  Do what you say you’re going to do, do it right the first time, and be fair. Jeff, Michael, and Team exceeded all expectations.  Thank you, and highly recommended!!!!

Meridian sent Brian to our house. He was quick, thorough, prompt and clean. What more can you ask of a craftsman. He was more than that. Besides being extremely competent craftsman, he stayed for an extra long day to give us hot water before he left. He was very helpful and forthcoming on our problems recommending resources to contact to repair damages done to our sub-floor by the leak. Great Guy!

Chris was very clear on what work needed to be done, the time it would take, and the cost of the work. He performed very organized and precise and quality work to replace my water heater that was not just a simple swap out. He made sure that everything was cleaned before re-installation and made sure all of my faucets worked cleanly and clearly. Very pleasant man to work with and answered all my questions.  I highly recommend him and Meridian Plumbing as I have used them repeatedly over the years.

Steve is a 5 Star plus worker.  Very helpful with our questions and found issue and promptly repaired it.  Very personable and cleaned up everything when he was finished.  Said he will call me back in a week to make sure everything is working well.  Awesome employee to represent your Company.
