I don't know how to say how awesome this place is. The staff is amazing, customer service is amazing and it's a cool place to look at things also lol. I've been there for chainsaw parts, chains, hydraulic fottings. They have a customer for life !! And the knowledge that the staff has is incredible!!!
Took my side-by-side in for its first oil change. They overfilled it by 1/2 a quart and the oil in there was black and thin. At the very least, they used the wrong oil. The store manager didn't acknowledge they messed up and not even an apology was given. I of course took it to the dealership and paid for another service. They said the oil filter wasn't changed either. Currently working on finding out who the owner is. Update: I did speak with the owner. He was very nice and did apologize.
Used online chat with Alex a few days ago looking for a 25', 3/8" choker and he reported that they carry and make them. I showed up today, and Alex showed me what they had, and reported he could make what I wanted in a few minutes. When he was done, it was what I wanted at a good price. I will shop here again. All employees were nice and personable.
We are so fortunate to have this place down the road from our place. Our Cub Cadet mower needed a tuneup and new battery. We had it back in just over a week and when I was having trouble starting it at home, they were so kind to talk me through it over the phone.
