Couldn’t ask for a better class of employees, not only is everyone very knowledgeable but also VERY helpful! Those folks out there who complain about “employee lack of knowledge” most likely have never worked a day in customer service or something more difficult and VAST such as a hardware store. Therefore they have no idea the amount of information one must learn to work in a busisness like this.....and if they have worked in a business like this, then they are what we call “Mr. or Mrs. know it all”....and there is no convincing them other wise :-)....therefore we don’t need them...there’s a perfect little place known as Spokane....they will gladly accept you there!

Bought a chainsaw and drove my 40 miles to cut the rounds I was unable to cut when my saw broke. When I opened the box I found a saw that was well worn, covered in oil, gas and dirt. I drove the 40 miles back and was told it wasn't their fault but rather the warehouse. The manager, and all three employees didn't offer any compensation or apologies, just OH WELL. Unbelievable!?!? Next time I'll drive to Albeni Falls or Sandpoint.

Very helpful and polite, those at the front counter always greet you on entry. Overall excellent.
