IHOP has a nice variety of omelettes that can satisfy a large appetite. My chicken fajitas omelette was very tasty. My home fries were way over salted and they replaced them for me. An overall satisfying meal.
My son, wife and I loved eating at the IHOP in Beckley, WV. Ask for Michael as your waiter, I promise you will not be disappointed. He was the best waiter I've ever had at any restaurant I have ever been to in my 35 years. The food was great. The menu selection was fresh and new. Our family loved IHOP today and especially Michael! Thank you all!
This was my first experience at an IHOP, my fiancé took me! We had the best server! Her name was Autumn! She was nice and gave us a good laugh! Made the experience much better! Will be asking for her personally when we come back!
Our server courtney was so nice. She yelled at the cooks to make sure the food was fresh and told them to put on gloves for my sons food allergy, she later came and fanned us with a menu after we mentioned it was hot inside! At some point she had went outside and cleaned our car! She even changed our oil!! 5 Star service. Give her a raise
Stopped by for brunch and was not disappointed. The place was busy but got a seat relatively quick. Restaurant was clean and well kept. Food was cooked made to order and brought out still hot and fresh. Good meal and will be back.
Under new management so we decided to give it another try. The service was very good and accurate. They have some really good deals too. The food was quick and good. The French toast was delicious. Be sure to get the cream cheese icing stuff too. It came on the kids pancakes... yum Kid-friendliness: 3 kids at the table and all were happy and satisfied
Ihop is one of my favorite restaurants! Breakfast foods have always been the best foods in my opinion. I used to work here as well while i was in college and I know they keep it pretty clean! Every time I go I ask for Sylvia. She is such a great server and so friendly! Love her
Completely different staff. One of the Owners personally came to our table and was a very pleasant guy! A few months ago if I had written this review it would not be the same. They were highly under staffed. Waits were really long.. And covid. The have really turned this place around! Last few trips here has been phenomenal service! We were quickly seated and menu's all laid on the tables before we were seated. We got super fast service and they had just gotten there fall menu. I'm all about Pumpkin spice pancakes They have the Ihoppy hour $6 menu and it's very affordable. The chef even made our girls Mickey mouse pancakes and they were complements on the house. If you're in the area please stop in and see the change for yourself. Complete 360 turnaround! We will definitely be back!
Outstanding turn around. Promptly greeted upon walking in, seated quickly despite a busy dining room. Server was attentive, and lively. Food was served hot, and as it should be. Excited to see the atmosphere back at our local Beckley IHOP. Bring in the family. Keep up the great work
Amazing customer service...friendly, helpful, kind, and great food...literally in the last 15 minutes before closing on a Wednesday night. The Buffalo Sauce on the Buffalo Chicken Melt tasted as good as it smelled, which we didn't think was possible...it filled the car and we had to control ourselves from stealing a bite before getting back to the hotel to give it to my older son!!! Very sweet knowledgable staff, clean restaurant, and really good food. Can't ask for more than that!
